Kenton Black Finance are representing a friendly firm seeking to appoint a capable and experienced Payroll Administrator to work in a HYBRID role from either of their lovely offices located in HUDDERSFIELD, OR ELLAND (HALIFAX)

This Payroll Administrator opportunity is suited to an experienced Payroll processing professional with full end to end payroll processing experience, seeking to join a friendly, progressive firm that offers the successful candidate a great place to work within a small payroll team with HYBRID working, free parking, Life Cover, Pension, 22 days hols, Wellness Programme and much more!

Payroll Administrator Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -

Full end to end Payroll Administrator duties comprising of the following :

Dealing with Weekly, Fortnightly, 4 Weekly, Monthly and Annual payrolls via both SAGE and Moneysoft (training provided)
Dealing with HMRC queries & RTI
Processing SMP, SSP
Dealing with your own portfolio of clients and answering any client queries
Auto enrolment/pensions
Dealing with starters/leavers, P45/P46’s
Setting up of new clients

Person Specification

The successful Payroll Administrator will ideally possess full end to end payroll processing experience running multiple payrolls on a weekly/monthly basis.
