Payroll Administrator:
Dartford
Salary: £32,000- £34,000
Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5pm. NO WEEKENDS !!

We have an opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join a UK industry leader who are continuously growing! This is a chance to be the first point of contact for all employees for any payroll queries, be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. Your attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity will be key to your success.

Duties:
Complete monthly payroll processing and conduct relevant checks to ensure accuracy
Understand and apply tax code changes, and manage P45, P11Ds, and P60s processing
Process sickness and issue letters to staff as needed
Update Auto Enrolment and manage monthly pension payments
Process court orders efficiently
Send payslips via email and post
Maintain employee records on payroll and time and attendance systems
Liaise with Regional Managers and Finance staff regarding month and year-end requirements
Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll
Manage onboarding of new starters and keep employee benefits updated
Process monthly PAYE payments
HMRC Submissions
Calculate and process expenses and commissions on the finance system
Perform bank reconciliation of payroll accounts and conduct monthly reconciliation of wages control accounts to the payroll system
Do you have the following:
Experience of payroll processing and identifying issues
Knowledge of tax codes and statutory requirements
Ability to problem solve
