Payments Reconciliation Specialist
???? Glasgow (Hybrid)
???? £14.40 per hour | 6-month contract (potential extension)
We're seeking a detail-oriented Payments Reconciliation Specialist to join a fast-paced financial operations team. You'll be responsible for reconciling accounts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring payment accuracy while working to strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
Maintain accurate records and audit trails
Work to SLA targets in a high-volume environment
Identify and escalate risks or issues
Requirements
Experience in payments, reconciliations, or fast-paced operations
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Basic Excel and MS Office skills
Working Pattern
Hybrid (2 days in office)
First 8 weeks office-based training
Monday-Friday, shifts between 08:00-18:00???? Start date: 27th July (provisional)
