Are you passionate about providing exceptional patient care? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join the team in Croydon for a NHS hospital as a Patient Pathway Support, offering £13.65 per hour.

Role Overview: As a Patient Pathway Support, you will play a pivotal role in the healthcare facility, ensuring seamless coordination of paediatric blood tests. Your responsibilities will include booking patients for appointments, managing incoming calls, and utilising Cerner software for efficient patient scheduling.

Skills and Experience Required:

* Proficiency in booking patients for Paediatric blood tests.

* Smartcard and Cerner experience are essential.

* Strong communication skills for telephone interactions.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
