Job Title: Patient Pathway Support
Location: Croydon (CR9)
Hourly Pay Rate: £13.65
Hours: 37.5 per week
Length of the contract: Until 21st June 2024
Gi Group are now seeking to appoint experienced Patient Pathway Support to our Public Sector client based in Croydon. The post-holder will be responsible for booking patients in for paediatric blood tests and answering the telephone line.
Duties of Patient Pathway Support
Booking patients in for paediatric blood tests.
Answering the telephone line and booking patients in on Cerner.
Answering patient queries via telephone.
Observing and maintaining strict confidentiality with regards to patient and staff records in line with the requirements of the Data Protection Act.
Role Criteria
GCSE English Grade C or above or equivalent.
Smartcard and Cerner experience.
Previous administrative or clerical experience.
Experience working within the Public Sector.
Experience of working with the public.
Excellent telephone skills.
