About the Role

The Patient and Client Council (PCC) is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join its Business Support Team. As the first point of contact for members of the public, you will provide a welcoming and efficient service while supporting a range of administrative functions across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and manage calls to the PCC Freephone service.

Direct enquiries to the appropriate team members.

Monitor and manage shared email inboxes.

Maintain accurate records and update organisational systems.

Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning and photocopying.

Assist with diary management, meetings and event coordination.

Support recruitment and induction administration.

Maintain petty cash records and general office administration.

Contribute positively as part of the Business Support Team.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Previous reception or administrative experience.

Strong organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.

A professional, friendly and approachable manner.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
