We're looking for a polite, well‑spoken Patient Administrator to be the first point of contact when patients arrive at the practice. It's a straightforward front‑desk/admin role with a focus on accuracy and good communication.

Main duties

Checking patients in when they arrive

Scheduling and managing appointments

Completing pre‑treatment paperwork

Keeping patient records accurate and up to date

Responding to general admin - calls, emails, messages

Being a calm, friendly face at reception
