PA/Team Administrator
Salary - £ Competitive day rate and bonus scheme

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA/Team Administrator to join our client, a large global brand based in Chertsey. Our client is looking for a Team Administrator to join their European Telecoms Office.

PA/Team Administrator Responsibilities

• Plan the schedule of the senior management team and efficiently allocate tangible resources and time according to the schedule
• Handle expenses for the Senior Management team
• Arrange travel and accommodation using internal systems for the Senior Management team
• Handling secretarial tasks -Provide supports in holding various events and meetings related
to the management and their attendance, the management of the office environment, and
participate in secretarial tasks for VIPs
• Making travel arrangements and claim business expenses for employees
• Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering
• Researching company data and archived reports
• Acting as a personal assistant to Senior Management
• Scheduling appointments and events
• Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes
• Ordering office stationery and other supplies
• Keeping records, filing and physical inspection Company assets and samples
• Coordinating and handling financial records, invoices, credit and final accounts as per project requirement
• Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required

PA/Team Administrator Key competencies

• Experience in Business Administration, Information Office Management
• Experiences in administration, ideally working with a multi-national company
• Demonstrated understanding of business environment and an excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare reports and budgets
• Ability to handle the information of the work with support and confidentiality
• Rapid data entry, attention to details and good editing skills
• Good research skills, data analysis and the ability to translate sophisticated data into a simple format
