Description:

A fantastic opportunity to work in an established Hotel, Located in Suffolk.
As Pastry you will be need to be up to date with all cooking and presentation techniques, and preparing fresh local food for our guests and customers.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Pastry to join an incredible kitchen team.
You must have:
Proven working experience as a Pastry Chef
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
Strong attention to detail
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
NVQ Level 1/2/3 Professional Cookery/Patisserie or equivalent
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
AA Rosette Experience
Job Duties:
Prepare all food items as directed in an effective and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
Salary: £33,700 with Tips and Overtime
