The Role - Pastoral Teaching Assistant
As a Pastoral Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils' emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement with learning. The successful candidate will be patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting children's wellbeing are essential.
