Pay: £85 - £110.89 per day
As a Pastoral Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential guidance and care to students within the dynamic school community. Your dedication to nurturing holistic development and fostering a supportive atmosphere will empower students to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Establishing trusting relationships with students, offering empathetic support and guidance.
Implementing pastoral strategies to address social, emotional, and behavioural needs effectively.
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to provide comprehensive support for students.
Monitoring student progress and implementing targeted interventions as necessary.
Contributing to the development of a positive school culture where every student feels valued and supported.Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous experience working in a similar pastoral support role within an educational setting is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexibility, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
