As a dedicated Pastoral Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting the social and emotional well-being of our primary school students. Your responsibilities will include:

Building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to create a collaborative support network.
Providing one-on-one and group support sessions to address emotional and behavioural needs.
Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create tailored intervention plans.
Implementing programs that promote positive behaviour, resilience, and mental well-being.
