My partnered school is seeking a Pastoral Mentor to make a positive impact on the lives of students.
If you have a passion for supporting young people, especially those facing challenges, we want to hear from you!
The Role
* Working on a 1:1 basis with students
* Delivering tailored mentoring sessions to address individual needs
* Providing support to students facing difficulties at home
* Running occasional workshops for small groups of students addressing personal development, well-being, and resilience.
* Create holistic support plans for mentored students.
* Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 3:30PM - Term Time Only
* Salary based on experience
You
* An Enhanced DBS check
* Previous experience in youth work, mentoring, or a related field, preferably within a school setting.
* A relevant qualification
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by young people
* Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of students
