About The Role
Responsibility: To handle incoming customer enquiries via the Telephone and Emails
Principle Responsibilities:
To answer incoming telephone calls quickly and efficiently providing a first class service
To deal with Emails quickly and efficiently
To communicate effectively and precisely with other colleagues
Keep all administration up to date
Promote and maintain safe working practices in all areas
Any other reasonable duties as required
