Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £28,700 basic per annum plus bonus, £33,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours with Saturday mornings on rota

We are seeking an experienced Parts Supervisor to support the smooth and efficient running of a busy parts department. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Receiving, checking, and correctly storing daily stock
Picking, packing, and dispatching parts accurately and efficiently
Maintaining departmental records and filing systems
Ordering parts and accessories under the guidance of the Service Manager
Delivering excellent customer service across retail, trade, and internal enquiries
Ensuring compliance with company policies and operating standardsWhat We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Parts Supervisor in an automotive environment
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with great customer‑handling ability
