Parts Supervisor
Guildford | £36,000 basic | Up to £39,000 OTE
Monday to Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch
One in four Saturdays, 8:00am-1:00pm, paid as extra hours
Holt Recruitment are recruiting a Parts Supervisor on behalf of a German Prestige Dealership Group in Guildford.
This role gives you responsibility for the daily operation: supporting the team, keeping stock accurate and available, and helping the department deliver for workshop, retail and trade customers.

What you’ll be doing
Overseeing stock levels, audits, daily parts checks and incoming and outgoing transactions.
Addressing backorders and keeping the Aftersales Manager informed.
Supporting workshop productivity and accurate vehicle health checks.
Helping customers find the right parts and resolving complaints promptly.
