Parts Supervisor – Romford
Salary: £35,000 basic + £38,000 OTE
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (No weekends)

A busy, well‑established parts department in the Romford area is looking for an experienced Parts Supervisor to lead the team, drive performance and maintain high standards across the department. Key Responsibilities
Overseeing daily parts department operations
Leading and supporting Parts Advisors to hit targets
Managing stock levels, ordering, returns and supplier relationships
Ensuring accurate quotations, invoicing and parts identification
Working closely with the workshop to maintain efficient parts flow
Monitoring KPIs and maintaining department standardsWhat You Need
Experience as a Parts Supervisor or Senior Parts Advisor
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and stock control
Confident leadership and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced dealership environment
