Manage and motivate the Parts Sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Monitor sales performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary
Lead promotional activities and campaigns to drive sales growth
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay aware of competitor activity
Conduct regular performance reviews, providing coaching and support to team members
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
Oversee delivery schedules and ensure service excellence

Foster a positive, energetic, and results-driven team environmentRequirements of the Parts Sales Manager:
