About AG Products.
AG Products is an agricultural engineering and livestock bedding company based in Knutsford, Cheshire
Innovation is at the heart of AG Products and the company’s continuous investment in research and development ensures we are at the forefront of developments in dairy and poultry farming.
To support our continued growth, AG Products are currently seeking a Parts Sales Advisor to join their sales team.
An average day as a Parts Sales Advisor…
* Assisting and selling parts directly to both retail and trade customers via telephone, online and face-to-face.
* Maintain stock levels, order parts as and when required and ensure all deliveries are correct.
* Communicating to ensure parts are efficiently distributed to Service Department Technicians.
* Identifying parts required for machines, utilising the Parts manual, and our CRM system.
* Sourcing parts for internal and external customers.
* Picking & packing parts orders
* Carrying out administration duties such as invoicing.
About you…
* You will be sales and target driven with a reliable and punctual work ethic and a willingness to follow instructions.
* We consider candidates from all backgrounds who preferably have experience working in the Agricultural sector within a Parts Sales Advisor role, however training will be provided.
* You will have fantastic communication skills and enjoy working in a fast paced yet rewarding environment.
* You will have the ability to work independently but also thrive as part of a team with a proactive can-do attitude.
* You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service within the agricultural industry.
* You will have a strong attention to detail with an organised and methodical approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
* You will be flexible and dynamic with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Telesales experience
Effective communicator
Drive & Determination
Planning & organisational skills
Competent working with Microsoft office, especially excel.
GCSE C+ in Maths & English
Previous agricultural experience (Not essential)
