Parts Sales Advisor
Salary: £27,000 per annum | Monday–Friday, 8:15am–5:15pm
We are currently recruiting for a Parts Sales Advisor to join an established and growing engineering business.
This is a customer-focused role where you will be responsible for identifying and supplying parts, handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations and processing orders, while building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle parts enquiries via telephone and email.
Identify the correct parts using catalogues and technical information.
Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
Follow up quotations and maximise sales opportunities.
Provide excellent customer service and support the wider Parts team.
About You:
Previous experience in a parts, sales or customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Customer-focused with a commercial mindset.
Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Technical/engineering knowledge would be advantageous.
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:15am–5:15pm
