Description:
Our client's prestigious brand is based near Merton. They are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join their team. You will be a vital link between customers and the business playing a key role in providing exceptional service and support.
What you'll be doing
Utilise specific parts software proficiently to manage inventory and orders
Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the right parts for their vehicles
Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
Answering incoming phone calls and emails
Communicating with suppliers and procuring parts to fulfil customer orders
Taking and allocating payments on customer accounts
Auditing customer records
Here's how the role aligns with your profile
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry, either dealership or parts factor is essential
Working with computer systems
Sales experience - both inbound and outbound
Working within the automotive industry
Mechanical background advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
