Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Parts Sales Advisor to work for a busy Automotive Distribution Company in the Halifax area.
This is initially a temporary role, but with the view to become permanent with the client for the right candidate. Full training will be provided.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Dealing with parts enquiries from clients
- Ensuring that all parts orders are efficiently and accurately processed
- Ensuring that all stock purchase records are correctly maintained
- Communicating and logging any discrepancies of stock with the Parts Manager
- The successful parts advisor will also achieve sales by promoting parts and associated promotions to potential customers
Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 08.00am to 17.00pm
- Saturday, 11.00am to 16.00pm (These hours will take effect after the employee is trained) but for training purposes Saturdays will be 08:30am till 13:30pm.
Salary:
- £12.44 starting hourly rate
Potential candidates will need to have a confident and polite telephone manner, good organisational skills, and must have knowledge of car parts. Ideally candidates will also have some previous experience in this trade.
