Parts Manager
Bournemouth, Dorset
Up to £35k basic and £50k OTE
Permanent/Full Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
We are currently looking for a Parts Manager for a well-respected Dealership Group in the Bournemouth area. The basic on offer is £35k, plus bonus taking potential earnings to £50k.
Job Description:
* Your role will be to manage the Parts Department and ensuring it achieves all target objectives.
* You will maintain an effective control of expenses and review management accounts and comparisons with budgets.
* You must be experienced in and capable of maximising departmental profitability through the sale of parts, accessories and where possible, other value-added products and services.
* You will monitor all outstanding over-age debtors and any unauthorised cash customers on a regular basis.
* You will assist with monitoring of warranty claim submissions, rejections and resubmissions.
* You must be able to organise regular stock checks to minimise obsolete stock and to maintain parts stockholding at agreed levels to ensure first time availability of parts to all customers.
* You will be expected to maintain existing trade parts accounts and developing new business channels through regular liaison with new and existing customers.
* Knowledge of Keyloop and Kerridge would be advantageous.
