Our client is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to join a busy dealership in Liverpool. ???? The RoleYou’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the parts department, ensuring the workshop and retail customers receive an efficient, professional service while maintaining strong stock control and profitability.

???? Key Responsibilities
Leading and supporting the parts team to achieve departmental targets.
Managing stock levels, ordering and stock accuracy.
Ensuring parts are sourced and supplied promptly to support workshop productivity.
Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Monitoring sales, profitability and department performance.
Maintaining high standards of customer service and resolving parts queries.????️ What We're Looking For
Previous experience in automotive parts management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Good understanding of stock control and ordering processes
Commercial awareness and the ability to work towards targets
A customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail
