Are you an experienced Parts Manager seeking a new challenge within a flagship automotive dealership in Greenford?
Our client, a well-established and reputable main dealership, is looking to recruit a highly capable Parts Manager to lead their busy parts department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to manage a team, optimise sales, and develop their career within a dynamic environment.
Benefits:
Up to £50,000 basic salary with an OTE of £70,000
Monday to Friday working week
45-hour working week with no weekends
Large main dealership environment, managing a team of four staff members
Managing car, van, and truck parts
Monthly car allowance
Opportunity for career growth within a reputable organisationDuties of the Parts Manager:
Manage and develop a team to deliver growth in parts sales and achieve margin targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Collaborate with the Service department to maximise operational efficiency and sales opportunities
Oversee department performance reviews and support ongoing staff development
Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Represent the dealership professionally, providing expert product knowledge and outstanding service
Maintain accurate stock control and ordering processes to meet customer demandsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Parts Manager, ideally within a dealership environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Extensive parts sales and service experience
Knowledge of automotive parts, particularly commercial vehicles (car, van, truck)
Commercial awareness of automotive industry standards and trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and proactive approach within a fast-paced environment
