Parts Identification Technician

We are looking for an Parts Identification Technician for our leading Formula One client on an initial 6 month contract in their cutting-edge manufacturing facility.

The success applicant will need to have excellent attention to detail and whilst experienced in a fast paced engineering environment would be essential, it's not essential.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify parts with appropriate method as described on engineering drawing and standard operating procedures.

* Update system upon completion of tasks

* Respect of Standard Operating Processes to ensure identification intent is achieved.

* Provide feedback to Finance or Team Leader on any part marking issues.

Skills & Experience

* High attention to detaills

* PC literate with working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and MS Dynamics 365 – advantageous though specific system training will be provided.

* Experience of using a Keyence laser engraver would be advantageous, though specific training will be provided.

* Reliable with ability to work methodically and pace.

* Team player with a ‘can do’ approach.

* Able to work within a fast-paced environment, with ability to remain focused and objective under pressure, working to deadlines and with minimum supervision
