Parts Controller
Grantham
£30,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
We’re recruiting for an experienced Parts Controller to join a busy materials handling operation in Grantham.
The Role:
* Sourcing and ordering parts for material handling equipment
* Managing stock, purchase orders and sales enquiries
* Liaising with suppliers to ensure parts are available when needed
* Coordinating urgent parts deliveries to service engineers
* Maintaining accurate stock records and processing returns
* Supporting the service team to minimise equipment downtime
* Providing excellent customer service to engineers and customers
About You:
* Previous parts experience within forklift, plant, automotive, agricultural or industrial equipment
* Good knowledge of spare parts and part-number identification
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Good IT skills and experience using stock management systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise effectively
