Parts Advisor

Description:

Arden White Recruitment are working with a well-established dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon to recruit a Parts Advisor.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a dealership parts department or similar.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting customers with parts and accessories enquiries
Ordering, identifying and supplying parts accurately
Supporting the workshop with parts requirements
Maintaining stock records and inventory levels
Liaising with suppliers, technicians and customers
Delivering excellent customer serviceAbout You:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organised with good attention to detail
Confident using IT systems
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Interest in motorcycles or the automotive industry desirablePrevious parts experience or very similar is required. You must be located within a commutable radius of SOA.
