We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Parts Advisor to join a well-established dealership in Crawley, West Sussex. Competitive salary between £32,000 and £34,000 per annum, depending on experience
Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 6pm, with no weekend work

Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
Managing parts orders from receipt to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Maintaining inventory control and accurate records of parts movements
Supporting sales growth through identifying additional sales opportunities
Assisting with marketing initiatives and promoting parts products
Ensuring the presentation and organisation of the parts department meet high standards
Supporting colleagues with parts enquiries and technical support
Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and maintaining a tidy workspace
Developing technical knowledge of vehicle parts and internal IT systemsThe ideal individual for the Parts Advisor role will have:

Previous experience in customer service or automotive parts sales (desirable)
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as the Parts Advisor
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
IT literacy; training will be provided on in-house systems
