We are seeking a Motorcycle Parts Advisor to join a reputable main dealer motorcycle operation in Stratford-upon-Avon. Supply motorcycle parts and accessories to customers and workshop staff
Process parts orders efficiently while managing customer enquiries
Liaise regularly with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure stock availability
Maintain accurate records of stock levels and transactions
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the dealership’s reputation
Support the workshop by fulfilling parts requirements in a timely mannerRequirements for the Parts Advisor position:
Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, preferably within the motorcycle or automotive industry
Genuine passion and strong knowledge of motorcycles and related parts
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Competent IT and stock management system skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a busy teamThis position offers an attractive basic salary of up to £27,000, with an OTE of approximately £30,000, dependent on experience and performance. The working hours are full time, offering stability and a clear career pathway within a thriving dealership.
