Location: Main Dealer, Newport
Hours: 42.5 hours per week

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join a dynamic team at a reputable main dealer in Newport. Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of automotive parts and accessories.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Organisation: Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
IT Skills: Proficiency in using parts catalogues and inventory management systems.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex queries.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Maintain and manage parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels.
Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
Customer Assistance: Assist customers and technicians in identifying required parts and providing product knowledge.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to order and track parts.
Sales: Promote and upsell parts and accessories to customers.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory adjustments.
Returns: Handle returns and warranty claims in accordance with company policies.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on parts usage, sales, and inventory levels.
