We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join a well-established team in Exeter, Devon. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled automotive professional to develop their career within a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Provide expert advice to customers on parts and accessories
Manage stock levels and ensure product availability
Utilise computerised parts system for sales and inventory management
Assist in order processing and parts procurement activities
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Support workshop team with parts requirements as neededRequirements of a Parts Advisor:
Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the motor trade
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
