Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Parts Advisor to join a reputable car dealership in Crawley. This is an excellent Parts Advisor opportunity for a motivated professional to advance their career within a well-established automotive group, offering competitive remuneration, comprehensive benefits, and career progression options.
Benefits:
Basic salary up to £32,000 per annum, with a realistic OTE of £35,000, including bonuses
22 days holiday plus bank holidays
Monday to Friday working hours, 8am – 6pm, with a one-hour lunch break
Rotational Saturday mornings (1 in 4) from 9am to 1pm

Modern dealership premises with a customer-focused approachDuties of the Parts Advisor:
Assisting customers with parts purchases, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism
Managing parts stock, procurement, and inventory to meet workshop requirements
Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery
Maintaining an organised and tidy parts department
Supporting workshop and service departments with accurate parts provision
Providing expert advice on parts and accessories to customers, enhancing customer satisfactionRequirements:
Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade sector
Strong understanding of automotive parts and stock management processes
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
