Our client, a well-established main car dealership located in Brentford, West London, are currently recruiting for the position of Parts Advisor. They're seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join their professional team, offering a competitive salary and excellent career development opportunities.

£30,000 Basic Salary / £33,000 On-Target Earnings
Working week: 47.25 hours, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday rota

Ongoing professional development and trainingDuties:
As a Parts Advisor you'll provide exceptional customer service to both internal departments and external clients
Manage parts orders, including processing purchase orders and invoicing
Respond promptly to parts enquiries via phone and in person
Distribute parts efficiently to the workshop and relevant departments
Deliver parts to the workshop, ensuring stock accuracy
Prepare relevant documentation such as delivery notes and issue sheets
Handle, protect, and package parts to meet safety and quality standards
Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock control processes
Assist with stock checks and cycle counts as required
Collaborate effectively with team members and external suppliersRequirements as a Parts Advisor will include:
Prior experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive sector is essential
Computer literacy, including MS Office and dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
A manual driving licence would be an advantage but is not essential
Positive attitude with a team-focused approach
