Assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email with parts enquiries
Maintaining accurate parts records and inventory management
Picking, packing, and organising parts for delivery or collection
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Supporting the team in meeting departmental targets and objectives
Ensuring the smooth operation of the parts department through effective stock control and order processingRequirements:

Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role
Knowledge of automotive parts and ability to identify vehicle components accurately
Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required
