Key Responsibilities
As a Parts Advisor, you'll play an important role in ensuring workshop technicians and customers receive the correct parts efficiently.
Identify and supply the correct parts for commercial vehicles
Assist customers and workshop technicians with parts enquiries
Process parts orders, deliveries and stock movements
Maintain accurate stock records and help manage inventory
Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the parts department
What we're looking for
We're keen to hear from candidates with experience in parts, automotive or commercial vehicle environments.
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Specialist or similar
Commercial vehicle or automotive industry experience is preferred
Service Advisor experience will also be considered
Good customer service and communication skills
Strong organisation and attention to detail
A proactive approach and willingness to learn
