An exciting opportunity has become available for a Parts Specialist to join a globally recognised, well established construction equipment manufacturer. As a Parts Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of the aftersales operation, ensuring customers and internal teams receive the right parts.
Responsibilities of the Role:
Handling parts enquiries from customers and colleagues
Provide quotations for parts for internal and external customers
Identifying and supplying the correct parts accurately
Provide technical support to customers and team members internally about spare parts
Processing orders and managing deliveries
Maintaining stock levels and carrying out inventory checks
Liaising with suppliers to ensure availability and timely supply
Actively advise on parts promotions Requirements of Role:
Previous experience working within a Parts Department or within a Parts related role
Experience with Construction Machinery, Plant Machinery, Cranes, HGVs or the Commercial Vehicle sector is desirable
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferably IT literate
