Description:
We are recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor, Automotive Parts Advisor or Parts Sales Advisor to join a busy automotive business in Basingstoke. Applicants must have previous automotive parts experience, hold a Full UK Driving Licence, and have the right to work in the UK.
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £28,500 Basic | OTE: £31,500
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm | No Saturdays

Supply automotive parts to workshop and customer requirements
Identify and source the correct vehicle parts efficiently
Process parts orders and enquiries accurately
Receive, check and organise incoming stock
Maintain accurate stock levels and parts records
Liaise with Technicians, Service Advisors and other departments
Deliver excellent customer service while supporting parts salesParts Advisor Requirements
Previous automotive parts experience
Experience as a Parts Advisor, Automotive Parts Advisor, Parts Sales Advisor or similar
Good knowledge of automotive parts and stock processes
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good organisational and IT skills
Full UK Driving Licence
