Our client, a reputable automotive dealership in Crawley, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join their professional team. The successful individual will be integral to the smooth operation of the parts department, providing exceptional service to both retail and trade customers.
Benefits of the Parts Advisor:
Competitive basic salary of up to £35,000, with an OTE of £47,000 including bonuses
42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
One in four Saturday mornings on a rota (4-hour shift)
25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Modern facilities within a well-established dealershipDuties of the Parts Advisor:
Deliver excellent customer service face-to-face and over the phone to retail and trade clients
Manage parts stock levels and ensure availability of parts to meet customer and workshop needs
Assist with ordering and procurement of parts for the dealership
Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
Support workshop and service departments with parts requirements
Collaborate with the service team to facilitate smooth workshop operations
Ensure compliance with dealership procedures and standardsRequirements of the Parts Advisor:
Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Knowledge of automotive parts systems and software (advantageous)
Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving
