We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a prestigious automotive dealership in Oldbury, for a highly skilled Parts Advisor. Benefits of the Parts Advisor:
Basic salary of £29,000 with an OTE of £34,000
Working hours of 45 per week, including a favourable Saturday rota (1 in 4)
Paid overtime at a flat rate

Provide exceptional customer service to retail and trade clients
Order, receive, and distribute vehicle parts accurately and efficiently
Identify and source correct parts for various vehicle makes and models
Liaise effectively with technicians and the wider dealership team
Manage parts stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
Process parts orders ensuring timely availability for servicing and repairs
Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
Operate within a fast-paced dealership environment, maintaining high standards of serviceRequirements of the Parts Advisor:
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or automotive parts role in a dealership setting
Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication and IT skills, with experience using parts management systems preferred
Professional, positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities
