The Hartshorne Group is one of the leading commercial vehicle distributors for the West Midlands, East Midlands, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Shropshire and Staffordshire. We provide full parts & service facilities for Volvo Truck & Bus as well as new and used sales, plus a diverse range of associated services.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic team at our Walsall depot as a Parts Advisor.

This is a fast-paced role at the heart of our operation, where you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service, driving parts sales, and supporting the continued growth of our front counter business.

You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, pricing and supplying parts efficiently and accurately, ensuring customers receive the right solution first time, every time. You’ll build strong customer relationships through face-to face interactions, customer visits, proactive sales calls and promotional activities, helping to maximise sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.

You’ll also prepare quotations, support business development initiatives, and champion Volvo Genuine Parts and current promotions. In addition, you will need an understanding in how to maintain accurate stock levels, while ensuring administrative, warranty and contract processes are completed to a high standard. Commercial parts experience or experience in a similar role is a distinct advantage however full training will be provided

Hours of work
Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 6.00pm
1 in 3 Saturday mornings: 8.00am - 1.00pm
