We are representing a reputable dealership in Swansea that is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their busy team. The Parts Advisor will be responsible for managing parts orders, accurately identifying customer requirements, and ensuring efficient picking and dispatch. The successful individual will maintain a professional and courteous approach in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on exceeding sales targets and supporting the workshop or retail trade. Working closely with the Parts Manager, the Parts Advisor will contribute to the dealership's ongoing success and customer satisfaction.

Receive and process all parts orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Identify customer requirements efficiently and offer professional advice
Maintain high levels of customer service at all times
Drive parts sales growth through targeted sales approaches
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Keep inventory accurate and manage stock levels effectively
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet departmental targetsRequirements of the Parts Advisor:
Recent or current experience in automotive parts sales, either at a dealership or motor factor
Parts retail or trade experience is preferred
Strong IT skills, comfortable working with dealer management systems (e.g., Kerridge/CDK) and electronic parts catalogues
UK driving licence with minimal points
Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a friendly, professional manner
Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently when needed
