Are you experienced in parts, stores or stock management and enjoy dealing with customers?

We’re looking for someone who is organised, practical and customer-focused, with experience working in a parts, stores, warehouse, retail or stock environment.

You don’t necessarily need agricultural experience- motor trade, automotive, engineering or other relevant backgrounds will also be considered. What’s important is that you’re confident managing stock, dealing with customers and keeping things organised in a busy environment.

You’ll be responsible for:
Serving customers and technicians at the front counter, by phone and email
Identifying and supplying the correct parts
Processing orders and arranging dispatch
Managing and organising stock
Supporting general stores duties, including stock control
Handling payments and maintaining accurate records
Providing excellent customer service and supporting sales targetsIdeally, you’ll have experience in:
Parts, stores, stock control or retail
Working directly with customers
Organising and managing stock
A busy, fast-paced environment
Using computer systems, email and basic office softwareThe Package
Permanent, full-time position
39 hours per week
Monday–Friday, with Saturdays on a rota
