Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor in Dartford, Kent, on behalf of our client, a reputable vehicle dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive Parts Advisor to join a well-established team.

Training and development opportunitiesDuties of the Parts Advisor:

Supplying parts to workshop Technicians and front counter customers
Selling parts via telephone and face-to-face customer interactions
Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
Identifying parts requirements and upselling additional products
Processing sales orders from initiation through to invoicing and delivery
Managing stock levels and internal sales documentation
Assisting with goods in and regular deliveries, which may involve some heavy lifting
Promoting the dealership’s brand with expert product knowledge and exceptional customer serviceRequirements of the Parts Advisor:

Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong product knowledge and sales ability
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and handle physical lifting of goods
Well-organised with good administrative skills
