Description:
Our client, a well-established and reputable automotive dealership located in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their busy aftersales team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary package and excellent career prospects.
Benefits:
Basic salary up to £30,500, depending on experience
Bonus scheme with earning potential of £35,000+ OTE
42 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with Saturdays 8:00am to 2:00pm on a rota

Assisting in daily operation of the Parts Department
Supplying parts efficiently to workshop and retail customers
Processing customer orders accurately and aiming for same-day completion
Receiving deliveries, booking stock in, and managing returns
Maintaining accurate stock control and reporting discrepancies to the Parts Manager
Responding to customer enquiries by phone and face-to-face
Supporting workshop with parts requirements and vehicle health checks administration
Delivering exceptional customer service consistentlyRequirements of a Parts Advisor:
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Professional and confident communication skills
Good IT and administrative abilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
