Salary: £28,000- £30,000 per annum depending on your skills and experience

Supplying customers across the UK and internationally, the business is renowned for designing and manufacturing high-quality machinery used within agriculture, local authorities, contractors, highways maintenance, airports and environmental services. As Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting customers, dealers, service engineers and internal departments with parts enquiries and orders. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring parts are identified, quoted and supplied accurately and efficiently.

Parts Advisor Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer, dealer and engineer parts enquiries by telephone and email.
Identify and source correct components using electronic parts catalogues and technical information.
Process parts orders and quotations accurately and efficiently.
Liaise with service, warranty and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Manage back orders and communicate lead times effectively.
Support stock control and inventory management activities.
Build strong relationships with customers and dealer networks.
Maintain accurate records within the company's ERP system.The successful Parts Advisor will have the

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Sales Advisor, Parts Interpreter or similar role.
Experience within agricultural machinery, plant equipment, construction machinery, commercial vehicles, ground care or industrial equipment sectors would be advantageous.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to interpret technical parts information and diagrams.
Good IT skills and experience working with parts management systems.
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
