Parts Advisor vacancy - Alfreton

Location: Alfreton

Salary: £27,600.00 OTE: £29,500.00

Hours: Monday - Friday: 08:30am - 17:30pm

We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor for our clients site in Alfreton, they are part of a successful family run company with a great reputation. Ideally we looking for someone who has previous experience as a Parts Advisor with a good working knowledge of parts and the processes associated.

Actively building rapport with customers face-to-face and over the telephone
Ability to understand the customer's needs and knowledge of available products to ensure all required parts and additional accessories are offered
Quoting prices and availability of stock merchandise and accessories
Encouraging sales of parts merchandise and accessories whenever possible
Assisting other Retailer staff to identify required parts
Supporting the Parts Manager and team to deliver objectives
Working with the Service and Workshop team to ensure pre-picking activity is carried out to schedule
Maintaining a professional manner and high standards of personal presentation at all timesParts Advisor Requirements:

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor preferable
Previous experience in stock control essential
Previous customer service experience advantageos
