Parts Administrator
Location: Peterborough
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Overtime: Some Saturday work required during peak periods, paid at the overtime rate.

We are looking for a reliable and organised Parts Administrator to join our busy team in Peterborough. This is a varied role that combines administration, customer service, and occasional warehouse support.Key Responsibilities
Processing and administering parts orders.
Entering, updating, and tracking Proof of Delivery (POD) information.
Liaising with customers and clients by phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
Managing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
Assisting with packing parts when required to support the warehouse team.
Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.About You
Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
Good IT skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
Organised, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Flexible and willing to support different areas of the business when needed.
Confident dealing with clients in a professional manner.
Previous experience in a parts, logistics, administration, or customer service role would be an advantage.What We Offer
