Partnership Manager

Contract: Until November 2024

Location: Crewe (3 days per week in the office)

Hourly rate: £29 PAYE

Hours: Monday - Friday 37 hours a week

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Partnership Manager with our client, you'll report directly to the Head of Brand Partnerships and will lead, as well as manage all aspects of a portfolio of global partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong business acumen to join a fast paced team where the customer and our client brand is centric to everything that we do.

The Sales and Marketing Team make certain that the uniqueness of the company brand and our values are delivered consistently through our communication, events, retailers, products and services.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic; Develop the strategy for the responsible partnership portfolio, collaborate with internal stakeholders, provide market, competitor and supplier led product and range information, lead negotiations with potential new partners, use brand research to drive innovation

Operational; lead collaboration of internal stakeholders (legal, design, marketing & communications) plus agency partners and performance, supply market intelligence on target brands, project manage development of new partners and products

Support launch and promotion of branded products/experiences, manage product input/output from design Financial planning; manage partner revenues, support budget planning process, provide quarterly royalty revenue forecasts

Business development; manage range-plans, manage business development relationships, support Head of Brand Partnerships with prospection/acquisition process of new and potential partnerships

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will have experience in Sales and Marketing, with strong communication skills and proven experience collaborating with established third party agencies and partnerships, in addition to cross functional counterparts.

You'll demonstrate:

An understanding and ideally experience of Brand Partnerships, licensing or sponsorship
Marketing experience within a strong successful brand
Marketing experience of luxury brand(s) and products is desirable
Strong commercial and analytical skills
Demonstrable experience of stakeholder management and influencing at all levels of an organisation Project management and negotiation skills
