Partnership Alliance Co-ordinator - 12 month FTC
Kettering/Remote
Hours - Monday to Friday full time
Salary - to £27k

Our client based in Kettering is recruiting a Partner Alliances Co-ordinator on a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave.  You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Partner Alliances team at and responsibilities will include managing joint business plans, conducting quarterly business reviews, and ensuring the accurate administration of opportunities, quotes, sales orders, and invoices.

You will foster strategic relationships with alliance partners, such as re-sellers, MSPs, consultants, distributors, and independent software vendors, driving additional revenue through collaborative sales efforts. 

Key Responsibilities:

Business Plan Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to support the joint annual business plans aimed at driving growth and alliance profitability.   Assist in the preparation and facilitation of quarterly business reviews to identify new growth opportunities.
Partner Engagement: Understand the goals and objectives of alliances and their preferred communication methods with the client and their customers.  Act as a liaison, responding to tenders and requests on behalf of the Partner Alliances community.
Administration and Compliance: Accurately administer opportunities, quotes, sales orders, and invoices.  Maintain and track the pipeline of opportunities to ensure timely follow-up and documentation. Ensure all relevant documentation and contracts are in place for each transaction and remain compliant with framework terms and conditions. Required Experience:

Strong administrative background with expertise in record keeping, data entry, and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work systematically and manage time effectively.
Client and Partner-focused mindset.
Proven success in building internal customer relationships.Desired Attributes:
